- 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Optional: Red pepper flakes for a bit of heat
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforations.
- Spread a tablespoon of marinara or pizza sauce onto each triangle, leaving some space along the edges to prevent overflow.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each triangle.
- Place 4-5 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese on each triangle.

- Starting from the wide end, carefully roll up each triangle towards the narrower end to form a roll-up.
