Delicious and easy-to-make Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups that are perfect for a quick snack or appetizer.

  • 1 package (8 oz) crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for a bit of heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforations.
  3. Spread a tablespoon of marinara or pizza sauce onto each triangle, leaving some space along the edges to prevent overflow.
  4. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce on each triangle.
  5. Place 4-5 slices of pepperoni on top of the cheese on each triangle.
  6. Sprinkle a pinch of Italian seasoning on top of the pepperoni for added flavor.
  7. Starting from the wide end, carefully roll up each triangle towards the narrower end to form a roll-up.
  8. Place each roll-up seam-side down onto the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter, ensuring even coating.
  10. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of each roll-up for extra cheesiness.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  12. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  13. Serve with additional marinara or pizza sauce on the side for dipping, and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added heat, sprinkle red pepper flakes on the pepperoni.
  • These roll-ups can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
