A delightful handheld version of the classic Caesar salad featuring crispy chicken, fresh romaine, and creamy dressing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked crispy chicken, diced
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the diced chicken, chopped romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
  5. Roll the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.
