  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ham, diced
  • 2 cups pasta (cooked)
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, diced ham, and cooked pasta in a large bowl. Stir gently to mix.
  3. Mix heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in another bowl. It’s fine if it’s a little lumpy.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken, ham, and pasta, and stir to combine.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded Swiss cheese.
  6. Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown. Watch closely during the last few minutes.
  8. Let it sit for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Allow the casserole to rest before serving for better texture. Broil for extra crunch if desired.
