A fresh and vibrant Chicken Shawarma Salad, perfect for quick meals or special occasions, featuring juicy spiced chicken and crisp vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups salad greens (like romaine or mixed greens)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (leftover rotisserie chicken works great!)
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced (any color you like)
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup tahini dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, bell pepper, and parsley in a large bowl.
  2. Add the spiced shredded chicken on top of the salad.
  3. Drizzle with tahini dressing and toss everything gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately, or if you’re prepping for later, store it in the fridge.

Notes
