A cozy, comforting Chicken Tetrazzini dish with creamy, cheesy goodness, perfect for quick meals or special gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons butter (for greasing and topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with butter.
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, then drain well and set aside.
  3. Sauté the onions and mushrooms in a large skillet over medium heat until soft, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Combine the shredded chicken, cooked spaghetti, sautéed vegetables, chicken broth, heavy cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Make it ahead: You can prepare the dish a day in advance. Just cover it and refrigerate. Bake it when you’re ready for a great meal.
