A quick and customizable Chicken Wrap filled with tender chicken, fresh veggies, and creamy hummus, perfect for a nutritious meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 large tortilla wrap
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup creamy hummus
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup assorted vibrant veggies (e.g., bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus evenly over the tortilla wrap, starting from the center and moving outwards.
  2. Layer the shredded chicken on top of the hummus.
  3. Add the fresh spinach and assorted veggies.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the edges as you go.
  6. Slice in half and serve.
