Delightful Golden Oreo truffles coated in white chocolate, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Golden Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips (or melting chocolate)
  • Sprinkles (optional, but festive!)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely.
  7. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet.
  8. Add sprinkles on top while the chocolate is still wet, if desired.
  9. Let the truffles set until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Don’t skip the freezing step! Use room temperature cream cheese for better blending.
