A refreshing no-bake dessert with a delightful minty flavor and a contrasting dark chocolate Oreo crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made Oreo crust
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup crème de menthe
  • 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add the crème de menthe, chocolate syrup, and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spoon the filling into the pre-made Oreo crust.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened and the cream is whipped to stiff peaks for best texture.
