- 1 oz Vanilla Vodka
- ½ oz Butterscotch Schnapps
- ½ oz Cream or Half-and-Half
- Ice

Instructions
- Chill the Glass: Place your serving glass in the freezer for at least 5 minutes. Alternatively, fill it with ice water while preparing the cocktail, then discard the water before serving.
- Shake the Cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add tequila blanco, vanilla vodka, butterscotch schnapps, cream or half-and-half, and food coloring (if using). Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds, until the outside becomes frosty.
- Prepare the Glass: Coat the rim of the chilled glass with simple syrup, then dip it into rainbow sprinkles if desired.
- Strain and Serve: Strain the chilled cocktail into the prepared glass.
