A creamy, cheesy pasta bake with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and ranch dressing, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, crispy bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and half of each type of cheese in a large bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Let it bake until bubbly. It thickens more as it cools. Taste the mix before baking and adjust salt as needed.
