Delightful bite-sized snacks combining tender turkey, sweet cranberries, and crispy breadcrumbs, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups herbed stuffing
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded turkey, herbed stuffing, chopped cranberries, onion, celery, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the beaten egg and stir until thoroughly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Coat each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the balls for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

Notes

Don’t skip the draining step; it helps keep them crispy. Letting the mixture rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge enhances the flavor.
