  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant—about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the broccoli florets and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the butter beans and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the mixture and cover the skillet for about 2-3 minutes.
