A quick and comforting creamy pasta dish featuring hot dogs, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (like penne or rotini)
  • 4 hot dogs, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain it and set it aside.
  2. Sauté the onions and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until soft and fragrant.
  3. Cook the sliced hot dogs in the skillet until they’re slightly browned.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it evenly with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired before serving.

Notes
