A quick and deliciously creamy dip perfect for gatherings, movie nights, or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, chili powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl until well-blended.
  2. Add the drained sweet corn, diced bell peppers, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix everything until beautifully combined.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Notes

For added crunch, consider topping with chopped cilantro or crushed tortilla chips before serving.
