Creamy White Chicken Lasagna

A comforting dish filled with layers of shredded chicken, creamy white sauce, and bubbling cheese, perfect for any occasion.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 15 oz ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups white sauce (alfredo)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. Mix the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl until creamy.
  4. Spread a layer of the white sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Layer 3 noodles on top, then half of the chicken mixture, followed by a layer of mozzarella.
  6. Repeat the layers: noodles, remaining chicken mixture, then mozzarella.
  7. Finish with a layer of noodles topped with the remaining white sauce and sprinkle parmesan on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  10. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow the lasagna to rest before cutting for cleaner slices.
