  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon: Cut the salmon fillets into 1-inch cubes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Set up your breading station: Organize three bowls for flour, eggs, and panko mixture.
  3. Coat the salmon: Dredge each cube in flour, dip in eggs, then roll in panko mixture.
  4. Heat the oil: In your skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it glistens.
  5. Fry the bites: Carefully add salmon bites and fry for about 2-3 minutes per side.

  7. Serve and enjoy: Drizzle sauce over salmon bites or serve on the side for dipping.

Notes

For a healthier twist, air fry at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes instead of frying.
