Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these delightful feta rolls are a perfect appetizer or snack that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 package phyllo pastry
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs (like parsley and dill)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crumble the feta cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix in your chopped fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush a sheet of phyllo pastry lightly with olive oil.
  5. Place a portion of the feta mixture at one end of the pastry.
  6. Roll the pastry over the filling, folding in the sides to secure.
  7. Transfer the rolls to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with more olive oil.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
