  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine chopped peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly mixed.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon a tablespoon of the peach filling into the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly. Dab the edge with a bit of water to seal.
  3. Preheat Oil: In a deep fryer or large pan, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Brush and Sprinkle: Lightly brush each egg roll with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Fry the Egg Rolls: Fry the egg rolls in batches, turning occasionally, for 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
