Ingredients

  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and sour cream in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce mixture over the chicken.
  5. Top with stuffing mix evenly.
  6. Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing.
