A rich and creamy Ricotta Dip drizzled with sweet and spicy hot honey, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole-milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons hot honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (basil or parsley) for garnish
  • Crackers or sliced vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the garnishes in a mixing bowl and blend well.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl using a spatula.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  5. Serve with an assortment of crackers or crispy sliced vegetables.

Notes

Serve at room temperature for best flavor. Can be made a few hours in advance and refrigerated.
