  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Make the egg mixture by whisking together eggs, whole milk, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Assemble the toast by spreading cream cheese filling between two slices of brioche.
  4. Cook the stuffed sandwiches in melted butter on a skillet over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Make the cinnamon sugar by mixing granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow dish.
  6. Coat the cooked French toast in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and serve warm.
