Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor or with a rolling pin until they resemble fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter.
  2. Form the crust by pressing the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a serving dish.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth in a large mixing bowl.
