These Easy Cinnamon Sugar Blondies are sweet, chewy, and topped with a magical cinnamon sugar crust that’s perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring well.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle it over the batter.
