A delightful blend of rolled oats, ripe peaches, and creamy yogurt, perfect for a quick and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or your favorite dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 ripe peach, diced
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, milk, diced peach, yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mason jar or airtight container.
  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
  4. Give the oats a good stir in the morning and enjoy them cold or warm them up if you prefer!

Notes

Use ripe peaches for sweetness. Adjust your liquid for desired texture as oats thicken when chilled.
