A refreshing and crunchy radish slaw, perfect for summer picnics and as a side dish to elevate any meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey or sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the sliced radishes, green cabbage, grated carrots, and red onion in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey (or sugar), salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Let the slaw sit for about 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes
