A delightful treat combining textures and flavors with graham cracker crust, chocolate, butterscotch, coconut, and nuts.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans preferred)
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Layer the semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut, and chopped nuts over the crust.
  4. Drizzle the sweetened condensed milk over the layers.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the layers are set.
  6. Cool completely before cutting into bars.

Notes

Allow bars to cool completely for easier cutting. Refrigerate leftovers; they taste even better chilled.
