  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon maple extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (for glaze)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy in a large bowl.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, then mix in the maple syrup and extracts.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 22-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
