These fluffy, fat-free Greek yogurt cinnamon rolls are easy to make, packed with protein, and offer a heavenly hint of cinnamon, making them a delightful and guilt-free treat.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon (plus a bit more for the filling)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Additional cinnamon and sugar for filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix together the Greek yogurt, flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  3. Add melted butter and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
