Firecracker Hot Dogs are a spicy and sweet twist on a classic BBQ favorite, perfect for summer gatherings or quick weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • Hot dogs
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Honey
  • Jalapeños, diced
  • Hot dog buns
  • Optional toppings: diced onions, cilantro, shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (375°F – 400°F).
  2. Mix together the Sriracha sauce, honey, and diced jalapeños in a small bowl.
  3. Place the hot dogs on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. Brush your firecracker sauce over the hot dogs in the last minute of grilling.
  5. Remove the hot dogs from the grill and place them in the buns.
  6. Drizzle additional sauce on top and add optional toppings as desired.
  7. Enjoy immediately while they are hot and flavorful.
