1 oz orange liqueur
2 oz cranberry juice
1 oz pineapple juice
½ oz grenadine
Splash of sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes
Optional Garnishes: Edible gold glitter or gold sugar for the rim, Orange twist, Fresh cranberries on a cocktail skewer, Fresh mint sprig
Instructions
If desired, rim your serving glass with edible gold glitter or gold sugar. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the spiced rum, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water or club soda for a light, bubbly finish.
Garnish with an orange twist, a cranberry skewer, and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy this vibrant, sparkling cocktail.
