A vibrant and refreshing cocktail that combines spiced rum with fruity flavors and a touch of sparkle.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz spiced rum
  • 1 oz orange liqueur
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz grenadine
  • Splash of sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional Garnishes: Edible gold glitter or gold sugar for the rim, Orange twist, Fresh cranberries on a cocktail skewer, Fresh mint sprig

Instructions

  1. If desired, rim your serving glass with edible gold glitter or gold sugar. Fill the glass with fresh ice.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the spiced rum, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and a handful of ice. Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until thoroughly chilled.
  3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice. Top with a splash of sparkling water or club soda for a light, bubbly finish.
  4. Garnish with an orange twist, a cranberry skewer, and a sprig of fresh mint. Serve immediately and enjoy this vibrant, sparkling cocktail.
