Delicious and easy French Dip Sliders with savory beef, melting cheese, and a flavorful garlic butter glaze, perfect for weeknight meals or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 Slider rolls
  • 1 lb Thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 6 slices Sliced cheese (provolone or Swiss)
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the rolls.
  4. Place the cheese slices over the roast beef.
  5. Add the top halves of the slider rolls.
  6. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture over the tops of the sliders.
  7. Pour beef broth around the sliders in the baking dish.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Serve warm, dipping in the beef broth.

Notes

For best results, don’t skip the broth and keep an eye on the sliders in the oven. Fresh rolls are a must for optimal texture.
