Frozen Cheesecake Pops are a delightful creamy, sweet, and refreshing treat perfect for any occasion, easy to customize with toppings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Chocolate or fruit syrup for drizzling
  • Toppings (crushed cookies, sprinkles, fruit, etc.)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add in the milk and mix until everything is combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  6. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
  7. Once firm, remove from molds and drizzle with syrup.
  8. Enjoy your cool treat!

Notes
