A delightful dish featuring tender chicken coated in rich garlic butter, paired with smooth and creamy pasta.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces pasta (fettuccine works great)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by boiling according to package instructions in salted water, then reserve some pasta water and drain.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet with butter, seasoning with salt and pepper until golden brown.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Make the sauce by pouring in heavy cream, then whisk in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until thickened.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Garnish with remaining butter and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh garlic and season your pasta water to enhance flavors. Optionally, add veggies or spices to customize.
