A quick and luxurious shrimp dish featuring rich garlic and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s melted but not browning.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
