A mouthwatering Grilled Cheese Burrito that’s crispy on the outside and packed with cheesy goodness and flavorful fillings.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or chicken
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla on a flat surface and sprinkle half of your shredded cheese on one half.
  3. Add the ground beef or chicken, followed by salsa, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese and fold the tortilla over to close the burrito.
  5. Add butter to the heated skillet and grill the burrito until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

For best results, don’t skip the butter for that perfect crispy texture. Experiment with different fillings to customize your burrito.
