  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup diced kiwi
  • 1 cup chopped banana
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in the drained crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, shredded coconut, strawberries, kiwi, and banana until well combined.
  3. Add the whipped topping and fold until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
