A creamy and savory dip made with sausage, cream cheese, and spices, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chips or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
  3. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the cooked sausage.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with chips or crackers.

Notes

Don’t skip softening the cream cheese for easier mixing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
