Instructions

  1. Make the Marinade: In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create a delicious marinade.
  2. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then place it in a large zip-top bag or bowl. Pour the marinade over it, making sure every piece is coated.
  3. Marinate: Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).
  4. Heat the Oil: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Add the Marinade: Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until thickened.
