A rich, creamy cheese ball packed with smoky bacon and spicy jalapeños that’s perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Crackers or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened cream cheese, diced jalapeños, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into a ball shape.
  3. Wrap your cheese ball in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.
  4. Remove from plastic wrap and place it on a serving plate.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with crackers or veggie sticks.

Notes

Chilling the cheese ball is key for the best texture. You can switch bacon with green olives for a vegetarian option.
