- 4 Hass avocados, halved and pitted
- ½ medium lime, juiced
- ½ medium orange, juiced
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium jalapeno, diced
- ¼ cup green onions, diced
- ¼ cup cilantro, finely diced
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a large bowl or molcajete. Mash with a fork or pestle until mostly smooth but still chunky.
- Stir in the lime juice, orange juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Gently fold in the diced tomato, red and green bell peppers, jalapeño, and green onions.
- Top with cilantro and crumbled bacon. Give it one final gentle stir or leave the toppings layered on top for presentation.
- Serve immediately or cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
