Decadent brownie cups topped with a creamy cheesecake layer, perfect for family gatherings or potlucks.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of brownie mix
  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Chocolate sauce for drizzling
  • Crushed nuts or candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix instructions.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter as directed on the box, then pour it into cupcake liners set in a muffin tin.
  3. Bake until set, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
  5. Mix in sour cream and chocolate chips until just combined.
  6. Add a generous layer of cheesecake batter on top of each brownie cup.
  7. Return to the oven and bake until the cheesecake is set, about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely, then top with whipped cream, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with crushed nuts or candies.
