A creamy and cheesy casserole that brings all the flavors of a cheeseburger without the carbs, perfect for busy nights.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well mixed.
  4. Combine the cooked beef, crumbled bacon, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the beef and bacon, then sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until set and golden.
  7. Let it cool slightly, then garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Allow the casserole to rest before serving for better texture. You can also experiment with different cheese varieties.
