Scale
1 lb ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
8 large flour tortillas
2 cups cooked macaroni pasta
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked crispy bacon, crumbled
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions

In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Stir in the cooked beef until well combined.
Lay out tortillas and add a portion of the mac & cheese beef mixture. Roll tightly like a burrito.
Brush each roll with melted butter and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
Slice and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding sautéed onions or jalapeños to the filling.
These rolls can be frozen before cooking and reheated for a quick meal.
Serve with ranch dressing or spicy mayo for dipping.
