  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chorizo over medium heat until beautifully browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour in the scrambled eggs and cook until fully set, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Layer a bowl starting with the black beans, followed by the chorizo and egg mixture, then top with sliced avocado.
