Delicious cookies with a gooey chocolate center that will melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a big bowl.
  3. Cream together the melted butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mix gently until just combined.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet, making an indent in the center of each scoop.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are firm but the centers are soft.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with ice cream, whipped cream, or fresh berries for an extra treat.
