A simple yet delicious dessert that layers chocolate pudding, whipped topping, and graham crackers, all topped with rich chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 1 tub of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the chocolate pudding mix and milk in a mixing bowl. Whisk until well blended and the pudding thickens.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Spread the chocolate frosting over the top layer of graham crackers.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  9. Slice and serve chilled.
