Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter, for topping
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky salt, optional

Instructions

  1. Prep your pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a little overhang on the sides.
  2. Mix it up: In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar.
  3. Add the good stuff: Pour in the melted butter, 1 cup of creamy peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  4. Pack it down: Press the peanut butter mixture firmly into your prepared pan.
  5. Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals until melted.
  6. Spread it out: Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle if you like: If using flaky salt, sprinkle it on top now.
  8. Chill out: Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours until set.
  9. Cut and serve: Lift out using parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve chilled.

Notes

Be patient while melting chocolate to avoid burning. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
