Delicious and quick no-bake Samoa cookie bites that perfectly blend chocolate, caramel, and coconut.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and sweetened condensed milk until well mixed.
  2. Once everything is combined, fold in the chocolate chips, caramel sauce, and chopped nuts.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a tablespoon.
  4. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, giving them a little space.
  5. Chill them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until they’re firm.
  6. Before serving, drizzle additional caramel and melted chocolate on top.

Notes

For best results, chill the balls long enough so they hold their shape. If too crumbly, add more sweetened condensed milk.
