Instructions

  1. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until completely blended.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of your springform pan firmly to form a solid crust.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream and strawberry puree gently without deflating the mixture.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow it to set.
