Hearty and healthy Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers made with ground beef and fresh cabbage, perfect for a low-carb meal.

  • 1 medium head of cabbage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into thick slices or rounds and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
